Story
Babelek Chlaptus (Splashy-Bubbly) is the most waterlogged little dwarf in all of Wroclaw, and he would not have it any other way. Having toured the city's many fountains, he fell head-over-flippers for the fountain in Pasaz Grunwaldzki and simply refused to leave. Armed with swimming goggles, flippers, a rubber duck, and a towel, this bronze adventurer spends his days diving, racing bubbles, and splashing as enthusiastically as a very small creature possibly can. Sculptor Marcin Luczkowski captured him mid-splash, forever delighted.

He shares the Pasaz with three other dwarfs — Serdecznis, Trendus, and Trabibrzuch — making this arcade a rewarding stop for dwarf hunters.
Inspiration
The name is a blend of 'babelek' (little bubble) and 'chlapac' (to splash), making him the ultimate water-lover. Wroclaw is a city of rivers and fountains, so a dwarf completely devoted to water play is a natural fit. The full swimming kit — goggles, flippers, rubber duck — makes him one of the most elaborately accessorised dwarfs in the city.
