Hansel and Gretel Houses

Look at these two little houses joined by an arch: people in Wrocław call them Jaś i Małgosia, the Polish names for Hansel and Gretel, because they seem to hold hands like the brother and sister from the fairy tale. They are over 500 years old and were once homes for the people who looked after the altars in St Elizabeth's Church behind them. Parents' tip: the church tower has a viewing terrace about 75 m up - over 300 narrow steps and no lift, so only for strong legs! Next: two dwarfs are hiding right by the smaller house.
