Fencer Fountain

This long Baroque palace is the main building of the University of Wrocław, built in the 18th century. Inside is the Aula Leopoldina, a hall full of gold and painted ceilings, and at the top is the Mathematical Tower with a viewing terrace (both are part of a paid university museum). In front of you stands the Fencer fountain from 1904: legend says a student lost everything playing cards except his sword. Kids' challenge: strike your best fencing pose next to him! A dwarf fencer lives just a few steps away.
