Rafał Dutkiewicz

Knock, knock! Who's that in the Town Hall window? It's a dwarf with the face of a real person: Rafał Dutkiewicz, who used to be the boss of the whole city of Wrocław. Your mission: if YOU were the boss of the city for one day, what would you change? More playgrounds? Ice cream for everyone?
