Story
Dżaruś lives inside a building at Rynek 23-24, so you have to step in from the Market Square to meet him. He wears dark sunglasses and a floppy cap, with a scruffy beard, and he holds a long-necked instrument. The room around him glows red and gold, which suits a dwarf who looks ready to play a late set. The playful tale is that he only comes alive when the lights go down, and then everyone around sways to his bass line. Unlike most dwarfs, he is not out on the street.
History & Significance
Wromap.pl credits Tomasz Moczek and gives 1 April 2016 as the date Dżaruś appeared. It notes that he stands inside a building, which is why he is a little harder to visit than street dwarfs. The address is on the Market Square itself, among a crowd of dwarfs including Franek Moczymordka and Pocztowiec.
