Story

Dziarus keeps watch at ul. Świdnicka 4, on one of the main shopping streets of the centre. He wears a flat, rough-textured cap and a scruffy beard, and he tilts his head up as if he is checking the weather over the rooftops. The playful story is that he is the most cheerful dwarf on the street and cannot stand still, so he is always ready to join any passing family. Look for him close to the ground, and you will find a face full of character.

History & Significance

Wromap.pl credits Tomasz Moczek, the sculptor of the first official dwarfs of 2005, and gives 6 April 2019 as the date Dziarus appeared.
