Story

History & Significance
wromap.pl places Focusik at Tadeusza Kościuszki 29, names Tomasz Moczek as his author and gives 24 May 2019 as the date he appeared. We did not find a sponsor or a second source. Wrocław's dwarfs trace back to the Orange Alternative, a playful, peaceful protest movement of the 1980s whose members painted dwarfs on city walls; since 2005 the city has filled its streets with bronze dwarfs, and there are now hundreds of them.
