Meet Akceptacja (Acceptance), a dwarf girl giving herself a big warm hug. Look for her on a windowsill of the Institute of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, which put her here in October 2022 (she was made by Marlena Zakrzewska). She reminds everyone to be kind to themselves, even when the world seems to be in a hurry - and on short, grey autumn days a hug helps a lot! Kids' challenge: hug yourself just like Akceptacja, then give your grown-up a hug too.
