Gazuś

Gazuś is the dwarf lamplighter of Ostrów Tumski, the little helper of the real lamplighter who lights the gas lamps every evening. He has lived by the lamps at the end of Tumski Bridge since 2009, and locals say he likes to peek out at the couples kissing on the bridge. He was made by Tomasz Moczek, the sculptor of the first dwarfs. Kids' challenge: count the gas lamps you can see from here. If you come back at dusk, you might see the lamplighter at work!
