Story

Cupruś is a busy dwarf in a jacket with a tall pointed cap. In the photo he has an open laptop in front of him and looks up from it with a satisfied face, as if he has just finished an important piece of work. Say hello when you find him - he might need a break!

History & Significance

wromap.pl places Cupruś at Gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 2-8 and names Beata Zwolańska-Hołod as his author. We did not find an appearance date or a sponsor. Wrocław's dwarfs trace back to the Orange Alternative, a playful, peaceful protest movement of the 1980s whose members painted dwarfs on city walls; since 2005 the city has filled its streets with bronze dwarfs, and there are now hundreds of them.

Inspiration

The laptop suggests office or computer work, but we found no source explaining his name or who he honours, so the page does not guess.
