This is a gang of four: Błyskotka Zdrowinka, Asystek Iskierka, Gwarancjusz Polisowy and Tradycjusz Zabezpiecznik, as wromap.pl lists them. In the photo two of them grin at the camera in pointed caps and bushy beards. According to wromap.pl they stand inside a building, so check access before you come.

No sculptor or sponsor is publicly documented in the sources we found. Wrocław's bronze dwarfs grow out of the Orange Alternative, a playful, peaceful protest movement of the 1980s whose members painted dwarfs on city walls; since 2005 the city has been filling its streets with bronze dwarfs, and there are now hundreds of them.
Inspiration
Some of the names hint at insurance or protection, for example 'polisowy' (from the word for a policy) and 'zabezpiecznik' (a safeguard or fuse), but we found no source naming a sponsor or explaining the theme, so we make no claim. No sculptor or date is documented.
